Spray dried powder
After double pressing the tile with 100 ton metric force, each tile is set to dry on wooden racks
After the tile has been fired once in the roller hearth kiln, it is then glazed using the waterfall method for a smooth finish
Right after the tile has been glazed, it goes through a printing process where any design is possible.
The final step is firing the tile once more to melt the glaze and design together with the ceramic tile.
Each time the tile is fired it goes through 2100 deg F in 90 minutes
